Extension for s2996! What This Means for Our Patients…
We’re Staying Open — What the 45-Day Extension Means for Our Patients
Today was supposed to look very different.
February 16 was the anticipated deadline tied to S2996 — a date that had many patients asking whether they would still be able to receive their regular care, treatments, and follow-ups with us.
Thanks to the efforts of Mikie Sherrill, an extension has been granted, allowing us an additional 45 days to remain fully operational while the situation is sorted out.
What This Means For You
For the next 45 days, IVs by the Seas will remain open and functioning exactly as usual.
All services will continue, including:
IV therapy & wellness services
Injectables
Skincare treatments
Consultations & follow-ups
Membership services
Patient treatment plans
There are no interruptions to your scheduled care at this time.
Our priority has always been — and will always be — continuity of care, patient safety, and maintaining a place where you feel comfortable seeking treatment. This extension gives us the time to properly prepare instead of abruptly disrupting your care.
