In Office Monthly Infusion Membership:
(1) Infusion per month: $225.00
If you would like to book
a second infusion within the same month,
a rate of $215.00 will be charged.
Mobile Monthly Infusion Membership:
(1) Infusion per month: $275.00
If you would like to book
a second infusion within the same month,
a rate of $265.00 will be charged.
Infusion Up-Charges:
The Donnie: $55.00
NAD 250mg: $125.00
NAD 500mg : $250.00
The Jaime G: $350.00
NAD and Jamie G Infusions NOT offered in office
Minimum 3-month membership commitment is required.
Please note: Membership will automatically renew after the initial 3-month period (the “commitment period”), unless express written notice is provided to IVs by the Seas indicating otherwise prior to the expiration of the commitment period. Written notice must be sent to office@ivsbytheseas.com.
