1. Why was the public not notified of your revisions to S2996 and A4056?
2. Why are you discriminating against APNS who own/practice in med spas, obstetrics and anesthesia?
3. Why did you increase the 2400 hour period to 5000 hours?
4. Do you think APNs will want to work in NJ under these requirements?
5. What evidence do you have to show that your ammendments are justifiable?
6. How would you feel if this was affecting your son or daughter?

1. Why wasn't the public notified of the ammendments made by Senator Scutari in S2996 and A4052 ?
2. NJ APN's are still required to have a collaborating physician to prescribe marijuana- an area of care that falls under legislation Senator Scutari pioneered. Will you be investigating if this policy decision being driven by patient care considerations or by Scutari's personal financial incentives and gains.
3. How do you plan to repay APNs who now require a collaborating physician after practicing autonomously for 5 years?
4. Will my tax dollars be covering the collaborating fee imposed upon APNs?
5. What is going to happen to me when I lose my access to care?
6. When are you going to advocate for NJ APNs and stop giving them temporary extensions to "comply" with outdated policies.
7. What restitution will you be offering for NJ APN business owners who are forced to enter into an MSO and surrender all medical ownership of their practices?
8. What would you do is this was happening to your  daughter/son/mother/father/aunt/uncle? Do you think its fair?
